Notice of Intent to Accept Bids Regarding

In order to procure the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WATER TANKER required for the Fund through a tender, the Fund shall adopt the Single Stage Single Envelope process of e-Bidding through the e-GP System of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office and give at least 30 days to interested companies or agencies licensed by the Government of Nepal to submit their bids. As per the notice published by the Fund in the Gorkhapatra Daily and the website dated 2082/01/26, the bid as per the details has been found to be the lowest evaluated and substantially effective among the bids that have been registered as per the rules, and it shall be selected and accepted in accordance with Sub-section 7 of Section 25 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned for the purpose of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
