SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF BACKUP, REPLICATION AND RECOVERY SOFTWARE SOLUTION FOR 3 YEARS required for the Fund. In order to procure through bidding, the Fund shall adopt the Single Stage Single Envelope process of e-Bidding through the e-GP System of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office and give at least 30 days to interested companies or agencies licensed by the Government of Nepal to submit their bids. As per the notice published by the Fund in the Gorkhapatra Daily and the website dated 2082/02/11, out of the bids received for registration as per the rules, the bid as per the details shall be selected and accepted as per Sub-section 7 of Section 25 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, as it appears to be substantially effective in terms of the lowest evaluated bid. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned for the purpose of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
