Invitation For Bid Notice No:. FWSSMPBIRGUNJ/NCB/WORKS/02/2081-82 published in the edition of the National Daily dated 16th March 2025 (BS-03/12/2081) from this project, out of the bids submitted by the bidders for the construction work of PPMO, which were invited through the E-Procurement Portal, the bid submitted by the bidder mentioned in the details has been found to be the lowest valued and substantially responsive, and therefore, for the purposes of Section 47 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 (as amended), a notice of intention to accept the bid has been published for the information of the concerned bidders in accordance with Section 27(2) of the said Act.
