In the present matter, the tenders submitted under the project Devchuli Municipal Corporation Tank Construction and Deep Boring Installation and Quality Improvement Program (Pragatinagar Drinking Water Project) through the electronic procurement process as per the notice published on 2082.01.24, were evaluated in accordance with the rules and it was found that the tender of the bidder mentioned in the details was substantially effective and successful on all grounds of eligibility. Therefore, this office intends to accept the said tender. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned for the purposes of Sections 27 and 47 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
