In the present matter, the bids submitted for the various drinking water and sanitation projects under this project through the electronic procurement process as per the notice published on 12/01/2082, were evaluated in accordance with the rules and the bid of the bidder mentioned in the details was found to be substantially responsive and successful on all grounds of eligibility. Therefore, this office intends to accept the said bid. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned for the purposes of Sections 27 and 47 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
