Notice of Intent to Accept Proposal

For the purpose of managing the following lands in Janakpurdham Sub-metropolitan City, Dhanusha District, which are fully owned by Guthi Sansthan, on a 20 (twenty) year lease, as per the notice published in Gorkhapatra National Daily on 2082.02.07, the following proposals received by the bidders were evaluated in accordance with Section 53 (5) and Section 53 (7) of the Guidelines on Lease and Rental of Guthi Tainathi Houses and Lands, 2078 BS. The amount submitted by the bidders for the following plots of land was found to be the highest rental amount and therefore the highest evaluated amount was found to be substantially effective in accordance with Section 53 (8) of the Guidelines. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. In addition, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned that the successful bidders of the following proposals should contact the Corporation within seven days from the date of publication of this notice and come to sign the agreement.
