In the above matter, this office hereby informs you that the sealed bid (E-Bid) registered for the work as per the contract notice published on 2081/11/11 on E-Bid www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and Nepal Samacharpatra Rastriya Dainik Patrika is the lowest priced and has been recommended for acceptance and that Shree Ramon Builders, Janakpur Sub-Metropolitan City-08, Dhanusha has not entered into an agreement as per Sub-section 2 (1), (2), (3), (4), and (5) of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 BS and for the purposes of Sub-section (6) of Section 27 of the same Act and ITB 34.2 of the Standard Bid Document. Also, for the purposes of Section 47 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 BS, all bidders are hereby informed through this notice.
