This is notify to all concerned bidders as per Section 27 (2) of Public Procurement Act, 2063 that we are going to award following contracts as per IFB No: 11-081/082, published on Nepal Samachar Patra Daily dated 2082/02/04 (18th May 2025), to following bidders selected as substantially responsive lowest evaluated bid fulfilling the qualification criterion for the provision of Section 47 of Public Procurement Act, 2063. If no bidder makes an application pursuant to Section 47 within the period of seven days of the notice referred to in Section 27 (2), the bid of the bidder selected pursuant to Section 27 (1) shall be accepted.

2) Notice inviting registration for purchase of motorcycle through catalog shopping method

This notice is published for information purposes and is to be published for the purpose of purchasing 3 (three) motorcycles as per the specifications as per Sub-section (1) (a) (8) of Section 8 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (as amended) and Rule 31 (b) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (as amended) through the catalog shopping method, which involves competition among motorcycle manufacturers or their authorized importers. Therefore, manufacturers or authorized importers who wish to sell the following motorcycles should register their applications with this directorate within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice along with the documents mentioned in the details. Detailed specifications can be contacted at this directorate or downloaded from the website of this directorate: www.idd.karnali.gov.np.

Required documents to be submitted by the proposer:

1. Copy of renewed firm or company registration certificate. 2. Copy of Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate. 3. Tax payment certificate of FY 2080/081 or a certified document of extension of the deadline. 4. Self-declaration that has not been subject to procurement proceedings. 5. Brochure (Catalog) certifying the Technical Specification. 6. Document certifying the market price of your goods (document published in a magazine or certified by an authorized person on the company's letterhead). 7. Warranty or guarantee related documents. 8. Manufacturers Authorization letter provided by the concerned manufacturer addressed to this office. 9. The Technical Specification issued by the office must be submitted in full.
