Notice of Intent to Accept Bid

In this regard, as per the Single Stage Two Envelope Contract Notice of Bid Invitation published by this office on 2081/12/27 in Himalaya Times National Daily and the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's electronic procurement system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, after evaluating the technical proposals of the said bid, the financial proposals of the successful bidders were opened on 2082/03/04 through "Prabha Rastriya Dainik" and e-bid and while evaluating the bids, the bid as mentioned in the details was found to be substantially responsive with the lowest value and was selected for acceptance. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned for the purposes of Section 27 (2) and 47 (3), (4) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
