As per the notice regarding the invitation to bid (Single Stage Two Envelope) published in the national daily newspaper Prabhava on 32/03/2082 by this office, while evaluating the technical and financial proposals of the bids submitted through the e-Procurement Portal of PPMO within the stipulated time, the bids as per the specifications were selected for acceptance as the lowest evaluated bids were substantially effective. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all the concerned bidders for the purpose of Sub-section 2 of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 (as amended) and Section 47 of the same Act.
