Based on the notice of intent published in Himalaya National Daily on 26/2/2082, this office has written to Anakanya Nirman Service, Dhading for the following contract agreement. As per Sub-rule (4E3) of Rule 65 of Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, the concerned construction entrepreneur has requested to remove one of the bids from the bidding process if accepted. Accordingly, a notice of intent has been published to accept the lowest evaluated substantively responsive bid submitted by the construction entrepreneur for the following contract as per ITB 39.4.
