Notice of Intent to Accept Bid

As per the notice regarding the invitation to bid dated 18/02/2082 of this office, as per the recommendation of the Evaluation Committee constituted to evaluate the bidders submitted for the construction work, the bid submitted by the following bidder is found to be substantially responsive to the lowest price and therefore the bid will be accepted. Accordingly, a notice has been published 7 (seven) days from the date of publication for the purpose of Section 27 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (Amended). In addition, all the concerned bidders are also informed through this notice for the purpose of Section 47 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
