As per the notice of invitation to bid dated 2082/02/07 and 2082/02/08 of this office, as per the recommendation of the Evaluation Committee constituted to evaluate the bidders submitted for the construction work, the bid submitted by the following bidder has been found to be effective in terms of the minimum evaluated substantive requirements and therefore, the bid will be accepted. Accordingly, a notice has been published 7 (seven) days from the date of publication for the purpose of Section 27 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (Amended). In addition, for the purpose of Section 47 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, all the concerned bidders are also informed through this notice.
