This office hereby notifies that, as per the notice published in the National Daily Newspaper No. IFB No.: 05/081/82/IDO/Saptari, dated 2081/10/14 (27th January, 2025) for the first time in the Noon National Daily Newspaper, IFB No.: 11/081/82/IDO/Saptari, dated 2081/12/08 (21st March, 2025) for the third time in the Annapurna Post National Daily Newspaper and IFB No.: 08/081/82/IDO/Saptari, dated 2081/11/11 (23rd February, 2025) for the first time in the Annapurna Post National Daily Newspaper, the bids mentioned in the details have passed the evaluation of the Technical Bid and Financial Bid in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (as amended) and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (as amended). As the bid was selected for acceptance as it was found to be the lowest evaluated substantially responsive bid in accordance with the Act and Rules, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned for the purposes of Sub-sections (2), (3) and Section 47 of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
