Notice of Intent to Accept Bid

According to the notice published by this Directorate on 31/12/2081 in Gorkhapatra and the website of Public Procurement Monitoring Office, Kathmandu, during the evaluation of the technical and financial proposals of the bidders for Construction of Asphalt Concrete Road on Bakhari Bathanaha Road, Mahottari (Contract No. 12/IDDJNP/NCB/ROAD/2081-082) received through e-bidding, the bid of Amit Babaganinath JV, Rautahat of Rs. 3,92,08,564/00 (including VAT) with the lowest evaluated value was found to be substantially responsive. Therefore, this 7 (seven) day notice of intention to select for acceptance of the bid in accordance with Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 has been published for the information of all the concerned bidders for the purpose of Sections 27 and 47 of the same Act.
