The present matter of this office. and According to the approved program for 2081.82, as per the notice board of this prison office dated 12.12.2081 and the notice published in Butwal Today on 27.12.2081 and according to the comparative details of the work opened on 27.12.2081 and the minimum evaluation report, the sealed bid for the details of speaking with minimum passing marks is deemed to be essential, according to the decision dated 2082.01.14, section (27) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 for approval. A notice to this effect has been published for the information of all stakeholders as per sub-section (2).
