As per the notice regarding the invitation to bid published in the national daily dated 2081/12/08 (first publication of notice) and 2082/01/11 (second publication of notice) for the work mentioned in the contract number as per the schedule under this municipality, among the bids registered through e-Bidding, the bid submitted by the bidder as per the schedule has been found to be substantially effective and is in the process of approval. Therefore, for the purpose of Sub-section 2 of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act (Twelfth Amendment), 2063, a notice regarding the intention has been published for the information of all concerned who are submitting bids.
