As per the notice published in the Gazette dated 04/07/2082, the Committee has decided (at the Executive Director level) on 05/12/2082 to operate a restaurant located inside Kalimati Bazaar on rent. The bid of the bidder Karki Chamenagriha K.M.N.Pa.13, Kathmandu (Prof. Gopal Karki) with a monthly rent of Rs. 2,21,005.- (Two lakh twenty-one thousand five rupees only in words) excluding house maintenance tax and other taxes, and as per the notice published in the Gazette dated 04/07/2082, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned in accordance with Sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 56 (1) of the Financial Procedure Rules of the Committee, 2073.
