As per the notice of the Committee No. 08/2082/83 dated 2082/04/30 published in the Gazette, as per the decision of the Committee dated 2082/05/18 (Executive Director level) for the work related to the operation of toilets within Kalimati Market, the bid of the bidder Hekka Construction and Suppliers, Madhyapur Thimi 1 Bhaktapur with a monthly rent amount of Rs. 6,68,100.- (Six lakh sixty-eight thousand one hundred rupees only) excluding VAT is intended to be accepted. Accordingly, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned in accordance with Sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 56 (1) of the Financial Procedure Rules of the Committee, 2073.
