As per the notice published on 2082/02/11 in this office, contract no. KM-01-NCB/081/82 regarding the installation of electric sensor lights at various places in all wards of Kalyanpur Municipality, sealed bids were invited. Among the duly registered construction entrepreneurs/suppliers, Shree Shreya Store Lahan 10, Siraha has submitted the lowest bid of Rs. 1892790.- including VAT (in words eight lakh ninety-two thousand seven hundred ninety rupees only) and it has been found to be substantially effective. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all the sealed bid bidders for the purpose of Sub-section 5 of Section 40 of the Public Procurement Act and Sub-rule 10 of Rule 84 of the Regulations.
