Mr. Anjali Nirman Seva, Dhangadhimai No. Pa. 11, Sirha, who bid the least among the builders who had to register online for the online bidding (E-Biding) for the work of black papering of the road, the amount of Rs.8076007.70. This notice has been published for the information of all bidders for the purposes of sub-section 2 of Section 27 of the Procurement Act.
