This Rural Municipality has requested sealed bids through E-Bidding for the implementation of the project procurement contract process as per the details. As the sealed bids submitted by the bidders as per the details have been found to be substantially effective in terms of the lowest evaluated bid, a notice of intent has been published for the information of all the concerned sealed bidders who have submitted their sealed bids for the purposes of Sub-section (2) of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Section 54 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064.
