Notice of Intent to Accept Bid

While evaluating the sealed bids received within the deadline for the procurement of the Remaining Finishing and Allied Works of Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office (IFB no. NCB/KVCIO/2081-082/01) construction work of this office, the bid of Rs. 17,37,95,786.30 (Seventy crore thirty seven lakh ninety five thousand seven hundred eighty six and paisa thirty only) including VAT and PS submitted by G.P. Builder Pvt. Ltd., Teku, Kathmandu, has been found to be the lowest evaluated and substantially effective, and the bid of the said company has been selected for acceptance. Accordingly, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned for the purpose of Section 27 (2) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and the Public Procurement Rules 2064 (including amendments).
