In the above matter, this Municipality, Ward No. 01, Manma Bazaar, Manma Bazaar, in the current fiscal year, in accordance with the notice published for the second time in the EGP dated 2082/02/11 regarding the invitation of sealed bids for the protection works of Manma Bazaar RCC Road, the Evaluation Committee evaluated the bids duly registered for the contract mentioned below and found the following bid to be the lowest priced and effective in substance and submitted for approval. Therefore, for the purpose of Section 27 Sub-section 2 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 (First Amendment 2073), this 7 (seven) day notice of intent to accept the bid has been published.
