This Kirtipur Municipality Contract No. KRM-9/2081/082 for the Tallo Gamcha Smriti Tole to Community Building Road Improvement Project, as the lowest evaluated substantially effective bidder, Mr. Satungal Construction Sewa, has tendered the lowest amount of Rs. 17,75,939.00 (excluding VAT) and has been selected for acceptance as per Section 27 (1) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, a notice of intent has been published for the purpose of sub-sections 2 and 3 of Section 27 of the same Act.
