Notice for Intent to award the contract

Pursuant to sub clause 27.2 and 27.3 of Public Procurement Act 2063, this is to notify all concerned bidders that it is our intention to award the contract to the following bidders for the Tender Notice No. KSCL/U/ICB-182/081/082 for Supply and Delivery of 30,000±2% MT of Urea and Tender Notice No. KSCL/D/ICB-183/081/082 for Supply and Delivery of 30,000±2% MT of DAP Fertilizer as per the Invitation for Bids published on 8 April, 2025 in 'The Rising Nepal' & www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp as they are found substantially responsive and lowest evaluated bidder.
