As per the tender notice invited for the work mentioned in the schedule published by this Project Office on 30/10/2081, among the bids registered through the electronic procurement process, the technical proposals of the bidders mentioned in the schedule have been found to be eligible, and as per Rule 31 (h) 5 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064, the financial proposals will be opened on the date, place and time mentioned in the schedule, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Also, since the bid as per the schedule invited on 20/12/2081 is found to be the lowest evaluated bid, a notice of intention to accept this bid has been published for the information of all concerned for the purposes of Section 27 and Section 47 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 (as amended).
