According to the bidding notice published on the eGP portal of the Annapurna Post National Daily and the Public Procurement Monitoring Office on 2082/01/23, the documents and samples of the bidders who came to register for the purchase of sanitary pads and disposal machines to be provided to girl students studying in community schools within Manahari Rural Municipality were evaluated by the Monitoring and Evaluation Committee on 2082/03/03. Since the bid as per the details was substantially effective and the lowest evaluated, it was found to be eligible for acceptance. Accordingly, it is requested for the information of all concerned in accordance with Section 27(2) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
