According to the notice published in the Janakpur Today National Daily Newspaper dated 2082/02/07 regarding E-bidding procurement, out of the E-bidding procurements invited for the said work and registered within the specified deadline, the procurement of the bidder as per the details has been found to be the lowest evaluated and substantially effective. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all the concerned bidders for the purpose of Sub-section (2) of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Section 47 of the same Act.
