This notice published by the Ministry of Energy, Irrigation and Drinking Water on 29/12/2081 through the "Annapurna Post" national daily newspaper and PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp for the construction and development of the milk extraction and development work and on 12/04/2082 during the opening of the financial proposals of the bidders who passed the technical evaluation, while evaluating the financial proposals, the bid proposal of the following bidder was found to be the lowest evaluated in substance, and therefore, in accordance with Sub-section 2 of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and for the purpose of Sub-section 3 of the same section, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
