This is to notify that pursuant to Instruction to Bidder (ITB 39), Letter of Intent to award the Contract/Notification of Award of Bidding Document, it is notified to all bidders who submitted their bids for Construction of Lot 1-Civil and Hydro-mechanical Works of Upper Modi Hydroelectric Project under EPC Contract Tender No. (UMHEP/NCB-081/82/EPC-1) as per the invitation for the bid published in national newspaper Gorkhapatra daily and PPMO e-gp Portal on November 25, 2025 that, the following listed lowest evaluated substantially repsonsive bidder has been selected to award the contract. This notice is published for the purpose of ITB 42 (Complaint and Review) of bidding document.
