In relation to the above, in accordance with the notification published by this office dated 2082/01/16 regarding protection of Musikot Darbar area, Musikot 4, when the tenders registered within the deadline of the notice were evaluated, the tenders as per Section 27 (1) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 were evaluated in a low-valued form and were selected and recommended for acceptance according to the decision of the Tender Evaluation Committee dated 2082/02/04. For the purposes of Section 27 (2) of the Act, this notice has been published.
