In the above regard, as per the notice published by this office on 20/02/20 regarding the purchase of sanitary pads, when the bids received within the deadline of the notice were evaluated, the bid as per the details was found to be the lowest evaluated bid as per Section 27 (1) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 BS and was selected for approval as per the decision of the Bid Evaluation Committee dated 20/03/06. Accordingly, this notice has been published for the purpose of Section 27 (2) of the Act.
