The bids received by inviting e-bidding for the purchase of vehicles required for this office as per the notice dated 2082.02.17 were opened on 2082.03.16 and were evaluated by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 and Nepal Insurance Authority Procurement Regulations, 2079 and the Electronic Procurement System Operation Guidelines issued by the Public Procurement Monitoring Office, as the bid of the supplier mentioned in the schedule who proposed to supply at the lowest amount and received the highest score was found to be substantially effective, therefore, a notice of intention to accept his bid has been published to all the concerned bidders for the purpose of Sub-section (2) of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
