The proposals received for the purpose of contracting the necessary cleaning services for this office as per the notice dated 2082.03.11 were opened on 2082.03.26 and evaluated by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2063, Public Procurement Regulations 2064 and Nepal Insurance Authority Procurement Regulations 2079. Since the bid of the supplier mentioned in the schedule who proposed to supply the service at the lowest amount and received the highest score was found to be substantially effective, a notice of intention to accept his proposal has been published to all the concerned bidders for the purpose of Sub-section (2) of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act 2063.
