This is to notify to all the concerned bidder that it is our intention to award the contract for execution of the construction of Warehouse, Parking Yard and other Ancillary Facilities in Birgunj ICP: Contract Identification No.: SRCTIP/NITDB/W/NCB-01/2081-82 to M/S BKOI/P.R/Nawa Kantipur JV, Balkumari 08 as bid price NRs. 396,953,048.59 (In words: Nrs. Three Hundred Ninety Six Million Nine Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Forty Eight Rupees And Paisa Fifty Nine Only) With VAT and Provisional Sum as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby selected as substantially responsive lowest evaluated bid.
