NOTICE OF INTENTION ΤΟ ACCEPT PROPOSAL /BID

This is to notify to all concerned bidders that the proposal submitted by M/S Pristine Mega Logistics Park Pvt. Ltd. (with Registered Office at 3rd Floor, Wing - B, Commercial Plaza, Radisson Hotel, NH 8, Mahipalpur, New Delhi -110037, India) dated 13 December, 2024 for execution of the Operation and Management of Inland Clearance Depot (ICD) at Birgunj (Contract No.: NITDB-O&M-LICB-09 (FY 2024/025) with the Minimum leasehold fee of NRs.4,710,000,000.00 (In words: Nepalese Rupees Four Billion Seven Hundred Ten Million Only), as corrected and modified in accordance with Instruction to Bidders, is found to be the substantially responsive highest evaluated bid. We hereby intend to award the contract to the corresponding bidder in accordance with Clause 35 (1) of the Terminal Leasing Out Regulations - 2070.
