This is to notify to all the concerned bidder that it is our intention to award the contract for execution of the Construction of Warehouse, Parking Yard and Other Ancillary Facilities in Biratnagar ICP: Contract Identification No: SRCTIP/NITDB/W/NCB-02/2081-82 to M/S Contech-Babul Joint Venture, Naxal, Kathmandu as bid price NRs 410,491,933.09 (In words: Four Hundred Ten Million Four Hundred Ninety One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Three Rupees And Nine Paisa Only) With VAT and Provisional Sum as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby selected as substantially responsive lowest evaluated bid.
