Notice of issuance of letter of intent to accept electrical bid

In the present matter, for the procurement of machinery, equipment and tools required for this hospital in the financial year 2081/081 through bidding, the following notices No. NPH/NCB/27/081/082-RE, NPH/NCB/28/081/082-RE and NPH/NCB/29/081/082 were published in the national daily on various dates. The notice has been published that the lowest evaluated bid in the comparative table has been selected for acceptance among the bids that were substantially effective and successful in the evaluation of various aspects in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (with amendments) and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (with amendments) and a letter of intent has been issued for the purpose of Section 27 of Sub-section 2 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (with amendments). In addition, if you are not satisfied with the matter, you are informed to submit a written application to the Head of the Office as per the rules within the office hours on 2082.03.16.
