Regarding the present matter, the following notices published in the National Daily on various dates to purchase the machinery equipment and tools required for this hospital in FY 2081/082 through bidding. Tenders submitted for NPH/NCB/09/081/082, NPH/NCB/10/081/082, NPH/NCB/11/081/082, NPH/NCB/12/081/082 and NPH/NCB/13/081/082 are governed by the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (as amended) and Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (as amended). (including) under the authority of the various parties in the evaluation of the bids that were substantially effective and successful, the minimum evaluated substantially effective bid in the comparative table was selected for acceptance and a notice has been published that a letter of intent has been issued for the purpose of subsection 2 of section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (with amendments). Also, if you are not satisfied with the same, you are informed to submit a written application to the head of the office within the office hours of 2081.12.06 as per the rules.
