Notice regarding acceptance of e-bids

While evaluating the e-bid submitted for the purchase of Diesel Engine Generator Set at the branch office of this institution, Bardibas, Mahottari, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 42 of the Nepal Tourism and Hotel Management Institute Financial Administration Regulations 2063, the bid of Shri Pact Power Pvt. Ltd. for a total amount of Rs. 12,97,943.35 (including M.A.C.) has been accepted as per the decision of the institution dated 2082/02/04. Therefore, an amount equal to 5% of the purchase agreement amount, issued in the name of this institution from any 'A' class commercial bank for a period of at least 13 (thirty) months, is hereby notified to the concerned bidder to deposit it with this institution within 7 days from the date of publication of the notice and enter into an agreement regarding the purchase of the generator.
