As per the clause(27) sub-clause(2) of public procurement act 2063, this is to notify you that, it is our intention to award the contract dated for Procurement of sanitary pad for Panchapuri Municipality for fiscal year 2081/82, ID: PMO/SKT/NCB/GOODS/081-082/09 to you as your bid price of Rs. 1850692.53 (In words Eighteen Lakhs fifty thousands six hundred ninety two rupees fifty three paisa) including VAT as corrected and modified in accordance with instruction to bidders is hereby selected as substantially responsive lowest evaluated bid.
