This office has published this notice for the information of the tenders and sealed tenders called for in the year 2081/82. Since the tenders and sealed tenders submitted on the PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp are the lowest evaluated tenders and are substantially effective, as per the decision and recommendation of the Evaluation Committee dated 2082/02/18, in the case of the tenderers, the tenders have been accepted as per Rule 85 (1) (a) and (4) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 and in the case of the sealed tenderers, Rule 84 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064. In addition, for the purpose of entering into a purchase agreement, the bidders are requested to appear at this office within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice along with a Performance Guarantee issued in the name of this office by a "A" category bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank and valid until mid-Shrawan 2083 BS, as per the schedule.
