Details of non-banking assets

Bid Application Registration and Opening Office: Central Office: Kamalpokhri, Kathmandu

1. The house and land with an area of ​​74.00, 5.44 and 47.75 (sq m) respectively in Plot No. 576, 521 and 524 located in Ward No. 3 of the former Gothatar Village Council/NPC, Kathmandu District, registered in the name of Prime Commercial Bank Limited in the records of Land Revenue Office, Chabahil, Kathmandu, and the entire adjoining land covered by the house and land, including the land plot.

1. The land of area 5-3-3-0 and 0-10-2-3 (Ropani) respectively in Plot No. 340 and 345 located in Ward No. 7 (Sit No. 7/D) of Gaidakot VDC/NPA, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East) District, registered in the name of Prime Commercial Bank Limited in the records of Land Revenue Office Kawasoti, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East) and all adjoining areas covered by that land, including the land plot.

The house/land registered in the name of Prime Commercial Bank Limited in the records of Land Revenue Office Ilam, Ilam District, Laxmipur VDC/NPA Ward No. 8 (Sit No. 8/A) of Plot No. 465, 469, 478 and 480 with areas of 2-3-0-0, 6-7-0-0, 11-4-2-3 and 9-10-0-0 (Ropani) respectively and all the adjoining land adjoining the house/land.

Terms and conditions of sale of non-banking assets:

1. Bid application forms can be obtained from the Debt Recovery Department of this bank at its central office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, and branch offices at Kawasoti, Nawalparasi and Tinghare, Ilam from Monday, 26/02/2082.

2. Separate applications can also be submitted for separate non-banking assets.

3. The bidder must attach a cash deposit of at least 10 (ten) percent of the total amount he intends to purchase as a deposit along with the bid application form to the Inter Department A/C LRD (001-2931020000) account of this bank or an A/C Payee Cheque of a bank or financial institution drawn in the name of this bank.

8. The bidder must be a Nepali citizen or a registered organization, firm or company in Nepal. In addition, if the bidder is a natural person, a passport size photograph, a copy of the citizenship certificate, if a corporate organization/company/firm, a power of attorney, a decision of the board of directors, a copy of the registration certificate, and a copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) certificate must be submitted with the application.

5. The sealed bids must be registered at the above-mentioned offices of this bank by Sunday, 01/03/2082, during office hours. Applications received after the deadline, without proper formalities, or submitted with conditions will not be processed.

6. The sealed bids will be opened on Monday, 2082/03/02 at 4:00 PM at the above-mentioned offices of this bank in the presence of the bidder or his representatives and other officials appointed in writing by him. The absence of the bidder or his representatives will not be an obstacle to the opening of the bids. Also, if the day of opening of the bids falls on an emergency public holiday, the bids will be opened on the day when the office is open immediately after the holiday.

7. If the bid is accepted, the remaining amount will have to be deposited in cash with this bank within 7 (seven) days from the date of notification of acceptance of the bid and the non-banking property will be transferred and settled in its name. All fees and other expenses incurred in transferring the property and all taxes and other expenses incurred in transferring and settling the property will have to be borne by the bidder himself.

8. If the remaining amount is not deposited or cannot be deposited within the specified time, the deposit amount will be automatically forfeited. If the bid is not accepted, the bidders will be paid only after the decision regarding the bid is made by the above-mentioned offices of this bank. Also, no interest will be paid on that amount.

9. The Bank reserves the right to sell or not to sell the non-banking property or to sell the property in bulk or to sell it separately or not. Other terms and conditions mentioned in the bid form shall apply.
