This is to notify, as per Public Procurement Act, Section 38, to all concerned that for Consulting Service-Project Management and Capacity Development Consultant under Urban Resilience and Livability Improvement Project (URLIP), ADB Loan 4433/Grant 0927-NEP, Contract Title: URLIP/PCO/CS/01, the proposal of Joint Venture between M/S Environment and Resource Management Consultant (P) Ltd., and M/S Plush Engineers and Architects (P) Ltd., with bid price NRs 21,60,43,355.61 (in words Twenty one crore sixty lakhs forty three thousands three hundred and fifty five rupees and sixty one paisa only) without VAT as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Consultants, is determined to be highest ranked proposal and after successful completion of negotiations, the same has been selected for Award.
