This is to notify, as per Public Procurement Act, Section 38, to all concerned that for Consulting Service-Supervision and Design Consultant for Infrastructure and Public Space in Five Municipalities in the Western Urbanizing Corridor under Urban Resilience and Livability Improvement Project (URLIP), ADB Loan 4433/Grant 0927-NEP, Contract Title: URLIP/PCO/CS/04, the proposal of Joint Venture between M/S Building Design Authority (P) Ltd., M/S B.N. Consultancy (P) Ltd. and M/S Udaya Consultancy (P) Ltd., with bid price NRs 23,61,41,901.64 (in words Twenty three crore sixty one lakhs forty one thousands nine hundred and one rupees and sixty four paisa only) without VAT as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Consultants, is determined to be highest ranked proposal and after successful completion of negotiations, the same has been selected for Award.
