Department of Roads, Project Directorate (ADB) informs all concerned bidders who have submitted their bids, invited under IFB No: SHIP/2024-01, published on 23rd February, 2024 in "Kathmandu Post", that the "Letter of Intent" has been issued in favor of following bidders having substantially responsive and lowest evaluated bid prices. You have 7 (Seven) days from the date of this notification to (i) request for a debriefing in relation to the evaluation of your Bid; and/or (ii) submit a bidding-related complaint in relation to the intention for award of contract, in accordance with the procedures specified in ITB 41.1 and 46.1.
