This Project Implementation Unit has published a notice in the Nepal Samachar Patra, a national daily newspaper, dated 14/11/2081, regarding the opening of the financial proposals of the successful bidders who have duly registered through E-Bid within the stipulated time limit and published in the Mission Today, a national daily newspaper, dated 13/02/2082. The bid submitted by the following bidder has been evaluated as the lowest evaluated and is substantially responsive. Therefore, this notice of intention to accept the bid for the purposes of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act and Section 47 of the same Act has been published for the information of all the concerned bidders.
