As per the notice of invitation to bid published by this office on 15.12.2081, out of the bids duly received, on the basis of preliminary evaluation, completeness test and technical and financial proposal evaluation, the bid of the bidder as per the details has been evaluated as the lowest effective bid in terms of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Regulations, 2064 (with amendments), Labor Act, 2074 and Labor Regulations, 2075 as well as the E.U. Financial Management Regulations 2074 (with amendments) and has been decided to be selected for acceptance. Therefore, this notice has been published for the purpose of Sub-section (2) of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
