The e-bid opened on 2082/05/04 was published in accordance with the decision of the Evaluation Committee on 2082/05/05. Since the detailed bid is substantially effective in terms of the lowest value, it is requested that the notice of intent be published for the information of all concerned for the purposes of Section 13, Section 27, Sub-section 2 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
